San Leon Energy

San Leon is a smaller energy company from Ireland with only a few assets, among them a large deposit of oil shale for development in Morocco, and the license for condensate (diluent) as well in Albania (at the other end of the Mediterranean Sea). Diluent is commonly used in Canada's tar sands for refining and upgrading into synthetic oil.
